Chelsea striker Samuel Eto'o has branded Jose Mourinho as a "fool" for questioning his age earlier in the season. Speaking during the Premier League campaign, Mourinho hinted that Eto'o was too old thrive in England. The Portuguese coach was questioning the ability of his strike trio of Eto'o, Fernando Torres and Demba Ba and said of the Cameroon forward: "Eto’o is 32 years old, maybe 35, who knows?" However, the former Barcelona star has finally hit back and claimed that, despite being 33, he still performed better than Torres and Ba. Eto'o said: "I am 33 years old. And it is not because a fool called me an old man that you must believe it. "And you may have noticed that the old man was better than the youngsters. Some believe I am going to retire in the United States or in the Middle East, but I have regained the joy of the Champions League and I am going to carry on playing in the Champions League.
