This man was found in the deep gutter under the bridge of Ikeja by Airport bus stop yesterday. Unconfirmed report has it that though he is a destitute, he got drunk somehow and fell into the gutter. The man looked very lean and starved. Some passers-by who saw him alerted the Lagos State Fire Service and Lagos State Ambulance Service (LASAMBUS) who later came to his rescue.
Well, kudos to the humanitarian services of these two bodies who did not decide to ignore a minnow. Should I say Lagos is working? lol
